Cancellation Policy


Out of respect for our patients’ and practitioners’ time, we require 24 hours notice to
cancel or reschedule your appointment. 


Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the
appointment time are subject to 50% of the appointment fee for the first missed or late-
cancelled appointment, and subject to the full 100% fee for subsequent missed
appointments or late cancellations.


Please note that missed appointments cannot be charged under your extended health
benefits. 
 

Late Policy


Out of respect for everyone’s time, we do ask that you arrive on time for all booked
appointments.


If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be treated up to the remaining time
available and the regular booked fee will apply. If there is only 10 minutes left in the
appointment, you will not be treated and it will be considered a no-show, and therefore
subject to the cancellation fee as stated in our cancellation policy.
