Helen graduated from John & Jenny's Traditional Chinese Medicine College were she completed her Massage Therapy program and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture program.

 

She uses Swedish massage technique and traditional Chinese Tuina. She uses Guasha techniques to help treat headaches and migraines, along with neck, shoulder and low back pain.

 

She also provides special pelvic health treatments to help women using Traditional Chinese treatments.

 

In her spare time, Helen enjoys writing Chinese poems and health related articles to promote knowledge for public health. She enjoys traditional Chinese dancing as well as Chinese Qigong.

Helen is fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese.
